The Corvallis Land Development Code (LDC) was adopted on December 24, 1980. The 1980 LDC repealed many of the City's zoning and land development regulations in effect prior to that date, and consolidated remaining land development regulations into a single document. The first version of the LDC became effective February 7, 1981, as described in Ordinance No. 1980-100 (repealed by Ordinance 1993-20). Major amendments to the 1980 LDC include:
