TEXT AMENDMENTS

The Corvallis Land Development Code (LDC) was adopted on December 24, 1980. The 1980 LDC repealed many of the City's zoning and land development regulations in effect prior to that date, and consolidated remaining land development regulations into a single document. The first version of the LDC became effective February 7, 1981, as described in Ordinance No. 1980-100 (repealed by Ordinance 1993-20). Major amendments to the 1980 LDC include:

• Land Development Code Update, adopted July 19, 1993, effective July 21, 1993, as described in Ordinance No. 1993-20

• Land Development Code Update ("Phases I & III"), adopted October 16, 2006, effective December 31, 2006, as described in Ordinances No. 2006-024 & 2006-029

This LDC incorporates text amendments through February 8, 2023, based on LDT-2022-04 (Mixed Use Zones Phase 3) as described in Ordinance 2023-01. For the location of ordinances adopted subsequently thereto, see the Code Comparative Table located after Article IV.
