Rezoning Fees

Base Fee $500.00
Plus, Per Acre $50.00

 

Board of Zoning Appeals Fees

Application for a variance before the Board of Zoning Appeals $500.00 per each
Application for ruling by the Board of Zoning Appeals on special
questions, or application for a conditional use upon which the Board
of Zoning Appeals is authorized to rule as specified in the zoning ordinance
$500.00

 

Administrative Review Fees

Administrative Variance $100.00
Zoning Letters $50.00

 

Plan Review Fees

In addition to the basic building permit fees assessed by the county, any development proposal, other than a single-family or duplex residence, shall require the payment of plan review fees as follows.

Plan review fees include three (3) plan reviews. Fees are reassessed with each subsequent submittal at the rates below at the discretion of the Community Development Director:

Land Disturbance and Grading Fees

The Land Disturbance and Grading Permit fee for the above listed developments shall be calculated as follows:

Base Fee $650.00
Plus, per disturbed acre $75.00
Maximum Fee $3,000.00

 

Subdivision Review Fees

Subdivision review fees include three (3) plan reviews. Fees are reassessed with each subsequent submittal at the rates below at the discretion of the Community Development Director.

Preliminary Plat $300.00
Construction Plans and Erosion Control Plans $500.00
Final Plat $300.00

 

Subdivision Lot Fees

A one-time user fee shall be assessed prior to the issuance of a building permit on any lot in a platted subdivision in the amount of $750.00. One hundred dollars of the total is assessed for the purpose of tree preservation.

"As-Built" Site Plan Review Fees

"As-Built" Site Plan Review $300.00

 

Streetlight Fees

Application Fee $75.00
Per Lot Fee $5.00

 

*Completion of this process will result in an additional yearly tax assessment for the purpose of paying for streetlights within the community.
