In all developments, certain areas may be required to be set aside as permanently protected green space for the purpose of natural resources protection, to meet a minimum green space ratio (GSR) requirement, or to meet a minimum landscape surface ratio (LSR) requirement. Where such permanently protected green space is required, and where the land use is also permitted per the land use regulations of the applicable conventional zoning district (see Section 17.26.010, Table of Land Uses), the following table shall also be employed to establish land use regulations. All land uses listed in Section 17.26.010 but not listed in this section are prohibited in permanently protected green spaces.[1]
