[Prior code § 17.0208(1)]
A "group development" is any development containing two or more structures containing principal land uses (as listed in Section
17.26.010) on the same lot, and/or any single structure on a single lot which contains five or more dwelling units or two or more nonresidential uses. Common examples of group developments include six-unit apartment buildings, apartment complexes, condominium complexes, shopping centers, and office centers. (One-building office structures, one-building commercial strip centers, four-unit apartment buildings, and other land uses in which each lot contains only one structure and where each residential building contains four or fewer dwelling units, are not group developments, even though such developments may contain parcels under common ownership.)
