58 Bulk Regulations
§ 17.58.010 Bulk regulations.

The purpose of this chapter is to indicate the requirements for building location and bulk in both residential and nonresidential developments. The provisions of this chapter interact closely with the provisions of Chapter 17.56. Density and Intensity Regulations.
§ 17.58.020 Residential bulk standards.

All residential lots created under the provisions of this title shall comply with the standards of this chapter. These standards are related to the specific zoning district used. The Tables set out in Sections 17.26.010 and 17.56.020 relate each use with each zoning district. The following table presents the standards for residential bulk regulations.[1]

§ 17.58.030 Nonresidential bulk standards.

All nonresidential lots created under the provisions of this title shall comply with the standards of this chapter. These standards are related to the specific zoning district used.
