Establishment of districts.
For the purposes of promoting the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the Village of Depew, the Village is hereby divided into the following types of districts:
R-1 | Single-Family Residential District |
R-2 | Two-Family and Multifamily Residential District |
C-1 | General Commercial |
C-2 | Shopping Center |
MS | Motor Services District |
M-1 | Light Industry |
M-2 | Heavy Industry |
L-C | Land Conservation District |
