No sign shall have a height of more than thirty feet (30'). No sign shall be larger than one hundred fifty (150) square feet in area. (Ord. 487, 1-7-2002, eff. 2-6-2002)

A.   Portable Signs: There shall be no portable signs placed on any lot in any R district for a period longer than ten (10) days in any thirty (30) day period. There shall be no portable signs placed in any lot in any A1, B, or M-1 District for a period longer than thirty (30) days in any sixty (60) day period. B.   Illuminated Signs:

   1.   No sign shall be illuminated in any R district.

   2.   No sign on any lot that is adjacent to any R district shall be illuminated unless the illumination plan for such sign is approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning. The illumination of the sign shall not unreasonably interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the property in the R district. (Ord. 487, 1-7-2002, eff. 2-6-2002)
