A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
Accessory building or use, including a private garage, storage shed, greenhouse or other aboveground accessory structure, shall not exceed one thousand two hundred (1,200) square feet in area or twenty feet (20') in height. No detached accessory building shall be closer than ten feet (10') to the main building or closer than six feet (6') to a rear lot line or three feet (3') to any side lot line. If the accessory building is attached to the main structure, said accessory building shall maintain the setbacks required of the main structure. Aprons, patios, walks and driveways may occupy part or all of a rear yard. Swimming pools may occupy part or all of a rear yard, but shall not be closer than six feet (6') to any lot line.
Church or other place of worship or Sunday school.
Church or public bulletin board or temporary sign appertaining to the lease, hire or sale of a building or premises, which sign or bulletin board shall not exceed ten (10) square feet in area.
Country club or golf course, except miniature course or practice driving tee operated for commercial purposes.
Existing railway right-of-way, not including switching, storage, freight yards or sidings.
Fences within the required side and rear yards shall not exceed eight feet (8') in height, as measured from the topmost point thereof to the ground or surface along the centerline of the fence. Swimming pool aprons shall be enclosed by a fence a minimum of four feet (4') in height. No electric or barb wire fences are permitted. All fences, required or otherwise, shall be maintained in good repair, meaning structurally sound and attractive in appearance.
One-family dwelling and relocatable homes.
Public school, elementary and high, or a private school having a curriculum the same as ordinarily given in a public school.
