The purpose of this chapter is to create a mechanism whereby special provisions and policies included within the Bangerter interchange area master plan, Draper City conservation area master plan, gateway district master plan, northern gateway master plan, Southpointe master plan, and other master plans which may be adopted, can be implemented by ordinance. The provisions of this chapter shall prevail over any conflicting provision of this title unless such conflicting provision is expressly intended to prevail over a provision set forth in this chapter. When two (2) master plans cover the same territory and have conflicting provisions as a result, the requirements of the most recently adopted master plan shall prevail. The requirements of this chapter shall not be construed to prohibit or limit other applicable provisions of this title, this code, and other laws. (Ord. 394, 8-7-2001)
