§ 155.185 DESIGN STANDARDS ADMINISTRATION.

(A) The city’s development design standards are contained in both §§ 155.050 through 155.053 and this section. See §§ 155.280 through 155.286 for all processes used for land use decisions.

(B) All developments within the city must comply with the provisions set forth in §§ 155.200, 155.201, 155.215 through 155.217, 155.230 through 155.237, and 155.250 through 155.254.

(C) Each land use zone provides design standards that are specifically tailored to the zone to address the impacts or characteristics of certain land uses.
