CODE AMENDMENTS

§ 155.400 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

   A proposed amendment to this code which is quasi-judicial in nature shall be processed as a Type III decision pursuant to § 155.285. A proposed amendment to this code which is legislative in nature shall be processed as a Type IV decision pursuant to § 155.286.

§ 155.401 CODE AMENDMENT APPROVAL CRITERIA.

   Amendments to this code shall be consistent with the applicable provisions of the city’s adopted Comprehensive Plan.
