§ 155.501 STANDARD, WEDGE/TRIANGLE, IRREGULAR LOTS.

§ 155.502 LOT COVERAGE, BUILDABLE AREA.

   LOT COVERAGE is the area of a lot covered by impervious surfaces and as allowed by the applicable land use zone standards found in § 155.070.

§ 155.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person found to be in violation of any section or provision of the city code, where no other penalty is set forth, may be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 for any one offense, each day constituting a separate offense.

   (B)   The penalty for the violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be in an amount of not more than $500 for each offense or, in the case of a continuing offense, not more than $500 for each day of the offense. Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense. The abatement of the violation is not a penalty for violation of this chapter provisions, but is an additional remedy. Imposition of a penalty does not relieve a person of the duty to abate the violation.
