Any permitted use for the Business B-1 District |
Indoor, outdoor, and drive-in restaurants |
Indoor and outdoor amusements, such as theaters, amusement parks, drive-in theaters, bowling alleys, skating rinks, dance studios, and commercial recreation areas |
Wholesale businesses, warehousing and storage, provided that all inventories located on the premises are stored within a completely enclosed structure |
Carwashes provided that their operative machinery is within an enclosed structure and adequate drainage is provided |
Lumber yards |
Animal hospitals |
Truck terminals |
Building or construction supply business |
Fuel supply |
Special Exceptions - B-2 District |
Licenses and inspected custom livestock harvesting, meat processing, storage, and byproduct removal business

Prohibited Uses – B-2 District |
In Business B-2 Districts, no building may be used in whole or in part for any of the following purposes: |
School, church, hospital, nursing home, correctional facility, or other institutional use |
Cemetery |
Residential uses or any dwelling |
Area Regulations The following regulations as to area shall apply to the Business B-2 District. | |
Adjacent to Residential District | All buildings and incidental uses on lots adjacent to a residential district shall be located to provide a 50-foot side yard on the side abutting the residential district. |
Front Yard | There shall be a front yard on each lot, which shall be not less than 20 feet in depth. |
Side Yard | There shall be two side yards on each lot, neither of which shall be less than four feet in depth. |
Rear Yard | There shall be a rear yard on each lot, which shall be not less than four feet in depth. |
