Map Descriptions
§ 228-266 Additions to the R-1 Single-Family Rural Residence District.

A.
The R-1 Single-Family Rural Residence District as shown and described on the Zoning Map of the Township of East Brunswick is hereby enlarged to include the following described land in the Township of East Brunswick which is hereby rezoned R-1, not withstanding the fact that the enlarged boundaries are not shown on the Zoning Map:

(1)
C-2 to R-1. Beginning at a point in the center line of Riva Avenue at its intersection with the center line of Lawrence Brook, the common municipal boundary line between the Borough of Milltown and the Township of East Brunswick, and; thence
(a)
Along said center line of Riva Avenue in a general southwesterly direction approximately 400 feet to a point; thence
(b)
At right angles to Riva Avenue and in a general northwesterly direction approximately 400 feet to a point; thence
(c)
Parallel to the first course approximately 1,090 feet to the center line of Lawrence Brook the common municipal boundary line between the Borough of Milltown and the Township of East Brunswick; thence
(d)
Along the aforementioned municipal boundary line a general southeasterly direction approximately 400 feet to the center line of Riva Avenue, the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be that C-2 Zone presently located north of Riva Avenue and adjacent to the East Brunswick Milltown boundary.
B.
The P-I Zone as shown and described on the Zoning Map of the Township of East Brunswick is hereby changed to delete the following described land which is hereby rezoned to R-1. Beginning at the center line intersection of Cranbury Road and Fern Road and from thence running:

In a southerly direction along the center line of Fern Road, the various courses thereof, a distance of 3,150 feet, plus or minus, to the center line intersection of Old Stage Road; thence
(2)
In a westerly direction along the center line of Old Stage Road, the various courses thereof, a distance of 4,850 feet, plus or minus, to the center line intersection of Helmetta Boulevard; thence
(3)
In a northerly direction along the center line of Helmetta Boulevard, the various courses thereof, a distance of 1,050 feet, plus or minus, to the center line intersection of Cranbury Road and Dunhams Corner Road at the municipal boundary; thence
(4)
Continuing in a northerly direction along the center line of Dunhams Corner Road, the various courses thereof, a distance of 5,925 feet, plus or minus, to the intersection of Irelands Brook; thence
(5)
In an easterly direction along the center line of Irelands Brook, the various courses thereof, a distance of 4,800 feet, plus or minus, to the center line intersection of Fern Road; thence

In a southerly direction along the center line of Fern Road, the various courses thereof, a distance of 3,250 feet, plus or minus, to the center line intersection of Cranbury Road, the place of beginning.
C.
The M-1 Research and Limited Manufacturing District as shown on the Zoning Map of the Township of East Brunswick is hereby changed to delete the following described land which is hereby rezoned to R-1 Single-Family Rural Residence District. Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of the New Jersey Turnpike and the municipal boundary line of the Township of East Brunswick and South Brunswick Township; thence

Along the center line of Irelands Brook (the municipal boundary line) in a westerly direction along the various courses thereof a distance of 2,365 feet, plus of minus, to the center line of Beekmans Corner Road; thence

Along the center line of Beekmans Corner Road in a northerly direction the various courses thereof a distance of 2,270 feet, plus or minus, to the center line intersection of Church Lane; thence
(3)
In a northerly direction parallel to and distance 1,000 feet westerly from the center line of the New Jersey Turnpike a distance of 10,060 feet, plus or minus, to the municipal boundary line of the Borough of Milltown; thence
(4)

Description of lands belonging to the State of New Jersey known as Lot 2 in Block 25 to be rezoned to R-1 property situated in the Township of East Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey.
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Ryders Lane, said point being distant 676 feet measured along said centerline southerly from the center of the bridge in Ryders Lane that crosses Weston Mill Pond (formerly known as Lawrence Brook) and from thence running:
