Conservation Zone.

The following regulations shall apply in the CON - Conservation Zone.
A. 
Permitted uses.
(1) 
Open space.
(a) 
General requirements: all lands within the Conservation Zone shall be designated as conservation easements for permanent open space.
B. 
Building height: not applicable.
C. 
Area requirements: not applicable.
