Districts established.

A.
The Borough is hereby divided into eight districts or zones designated as follows:

C-1, Commercial, Central |
C-1A, Commercial, Central Zone |

R-APD, Residential, Affordable Planned Development Overlay Zone |
R-HD/AH, Residential, High Density/Affordable Housing Overlay Zone |

Said districts and zones are defined as set forth on the Zoning Map which is annexed hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
