No land or premises shall be used and no building or structure shall be erected, raised, moved, extended, enlarged, expanded, altered or used for any purpose other than a purpose expressly permitted herein for the zone district in which such use is or is to be located, and all construction shall be in conformity with the regulations provided for such zone district. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Township of Frankford is exempt from all zoning, site plan and subdivision requirements, but shall file an application for development with the Land Use Board for review and also comment for any capital project as provided by the Municipal Land Use Law.
