In any district on any corner lot, no fence, wall, sign, structure, continuous screen planting or other obstruction to vision shall be erected or maintained above 30 inches in height as measured from the top of the curb or gutter within 25 feet of any intersection of street lines as measured along the street line except in the case of corner lots.

On any interior lot in any residence district, no wall or fence shall be erected or altered so that said wall or fence shall be over six feet in height, except as required for yards with swimming pools.

The requirements of subsection b above do not apply to the commercial or industrial districts or to properties primarily engaged in agricultural, horticultural or dairying functions. In those districts, fences shall be permitted to be up to nine feet in height with an additional one foot allowance permitting up to three strands of barbed wire for a total height of 10 feet.
