No commercial vehicles in excess of 8,000 pounds of net body weight unloaded shall be permitted to park between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. in residential areas or zones except making delivery or performing services at the residence.

The parking of travel trailers and camper trailers is permitted but not on a permanent basis and shall not be located in the front yard.

No disabled or unregistered vehicles shall be stored in any district except in an enclosed building.
