The Building Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor and City Council and such officer shall be responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this Title. (Ord. 626, 10-7-2002)

   A.   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Title is guilty of a misdemeanor, and is guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this Title is committed, continued or permitted.

   B.   Upon conviction of any violation of any of the provisions of this Title, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months or both such fine and imprisonment.

   C.   Removal and/or demolition of noncompliance unit will be at violators/ owners expense at two hundred percent (200%) of cost the City incurs. (Ord. 626, 10-7-2002)
