1135.09 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
(a) In addition to the standards established in this Chapter, uses within the B-3 Professional Business District must conform to the standards established in Chapter 1145
, Bufferyards and Landscaping and Chapter 1147
, Off-Street Parking and Loading.
(b) Site plan review and/or conditional use approval by the Planning Commission is required for all new structures and expansions of existing uses located in the B-3 Professional Business District. This review shall be conducted in accordance with the standards and procedures outlined in Section 1151.07.
