The purpose of this district is to allow for the establishment of mobile home parks and related accessory uses. A mobile home park within this zoning district shall comply with all applicable procedures and requirements of the Mobile Home Commission Act, being Act 96 of 1987, as amended and the Michigan Administrative Code. A mobile home park established within this district shall be subject to the site plan review procedures of this Zoning Code and all other applicable regulations of this Zoning Code.
