Any person or corporation in violation of any ordinance amended, repealed, or affected hereby prior to the enactment of this ordinance or who is charged with a violation thereof, shall continue to be in violation of such ordinance and shall be prosecuted and, if convicted, fined as provided under the provisions of the ordinance then in effect and as if this ordinance had not been enacted.
