24 COMMERCIAL C DISTRICT STANDARDS

§ 12.24.010 Commercial standards.

Commercial uses shall be in conformance with the provisions outlined in this chapter.

§ 12.24.020 Lot area.

The minimum lot area in a commercial zone shall be 7,000 square feet.

§ 12.24.030 Lot dimensions.

The minimum lot width in a commercial zone shall be 60 feet except in the case of a cul-de-sac, where the minimum width may be 25 feet along the bulb of the cul-de-sac (as measured on the long chord), with a minimum of 60 feet at the building lines. The minimum lot depth shall be 75 feet.

§ 12.24.040 Setback/yard requirements.

Within the commercial zone the following setbacks shall apply:
A. 
There is no required front yard in a commercial zone with the exception that all developments must conform to the vision clearance provisions of the Development Code.
B. 
There is no required rear yard in a commercial zone except where a commercial zone abuts a residential district. In such case a 20 foot rear yard shall be required. Further, no structural improvements, other than road surfacing, shall be allowed within 10 feet of the center line of an alley.
C. 
There is no side yard required in a commercial zone except when a side yard is created. It shall be a minimum of three feet.
