In the administration of the provisions of this appendix, the finance director shall collect fees, at the time of the filing of a petition or an application, for the various procedures as stated in this section.

The filing fees for a petition of any amendment, supplement, or modification of this appendix and any request for subdivision of land or zoning change shall be based on the area contained in the property in question, accordingly:

Plus $25.00 for each fraction over 5.1 acres with a maximum total filing fee of $300.00.
