The Police Chief, City Attorney, City Engineer, City Manager or designee, Building Inspector, City Clerk, Community Development Director and all City Officials charged with the issuance of licenses and permits shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.

Any person in violation of this title is subject to the procedures and penalties set forth in Title 1.
