220.- W-2-M ZONE CONTROLLED DEVELOPMENT AREA WITH MOBILEHOMES
The provisions of this chapter shall apply in all W-2-M Zones.
The following shall be permitted uses:
(1)
All uses permitted in the W-2 Zone, subject to all the provisions and development standards of the W-2 Zone.
(2)
Mobilehome used as a one family residence, provided that the unit has a floor living area of four hundred and fifty (450) square feet or more, excluding patios and porches, the area between the ground level and floor level is screened from view with an opaque skirt, and the unit is set back twenty-five (25) feet from the front and rear property lines and ten (10) from the side property lines.
Automobile storage space shall be provided as required by Section 9.240.120.
