CHAPTER 9

120 - SPECIAL PURPOSE PERMITTED USES

9.120.010 - Development permits required.

Table 9-8 of this chapter specifies whether a use or structure is permitted within a zoning district. However, in most cases development to establish a land use requires approval of a site development permit and/or other permits as set forth in Chapter 9.210.

9.120.020 - Table of permitted uses.

Table 9-8, Permitted Uses in Special Purpose/Overlay Districts, following, specifies those uses and structures which are permitted within each special purpose district. The letters in the columns beneath the district designations mean the following:

"P": Permitted as a principal use within the district.

"A": Permitted only if accessory to the principal use on the site.

"C": Permitted as a principal or accessory use if a conditional use permit is approved.

"T": Permitted on a temporary basis if a temporary use permit is approved.

"X": Prohibited in the district.
