6A-ll-1. Of the two sides of a corner lot, the front shall be deemed to be the shorter of the two sides fronting on streets.

6A-11-2. The corner side yard(s) shall be 25 feet or more from the right-of-way for both main and accessory buildings.

6A-11-3. Each corner lot shall have a minimum width at the setback line of 100 feet or more. (Ord. of 4-30-09; Ord. of 10-27-16(2))
