6A-13-1. The provisions of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Ordinance, the Lancaster County Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, and all Overlay Districts shall also apply to all permitted uses within the R-4, Residential Community District. Where conflicts arise between districts, the stricter regulations apply. The R-4, Residential Community District shall not be located within 800 feet of tidal shores and tidal wetlands.
