All prior zoning ordinances of the Village of Lewiston, New York, regulating or restricting buildings, the use of lands, yards, and bulk particularly "Ordinance 81—zoning ordinance," adopted on October 3, 1966, and all amendments thereto, are hereby repealed and declared to be of no effect.
