A.

The provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed to be specific. Those matters for which there are no specific provisions in this ordinance shall be deemed to be prohibited.

B.

Except as herein provided:

1.

No building or land shall hereafter be used or occupied and no building or part thereof shall be erected, moved, or altered unless in conformity with the requirements set forth in the zoning schedule, section 8, and all other regulations herein specified for the district in which it is located.

2.

No building shall hereafter be erected or altered:

a.

To exceed the height;

b.

To accommodate or house a greater number of families;

c.

To occupy a greater percentage of lot areas; or

d.

To have narrower or smaller rear yards, front yards, side yards, inner courts or outer courts;

than specified herein for the district in which such building is located.
