The Village of Lewiston is hereby divided into the following types of zoning districts:

R-1 Districts: Low Density Residential Single-Family Districts

R-1a Districts: Medium Density Residential Single-Family Districts

R-2 Districts: Residential Two-Family Districts

R-3 Districts: Residential Multifamily Districts

R-4 Districts: Residential Multi-Family-Professional Office Districts

R-5 Districts: Residential Townhouse Districts

RB Districts: Restricted Business Districts

RB-2 District: Retail Business District

B-1 District: General Business District

O-P District: Open and Public District

W-D District: Waterfront Development District
