PREFACE
This Code constitutes the publication of the general and permanent ordinances pertaining to the Unified Development Code of the City of Lewisville, Texas.
Source materials used in the preparation of the publication are the Lewisville Unified Development Code (UDC), as updated through 2022, and subsequent ordinances. The source of each new section is included in the history note appearing in parentheses at the end thereof. The absence of such a note indicates that the section is part of the 2022 UDC. By use of the comparative tables appearing in the back of this republication, the reader can locate any section of the UDC, as updated.
