PREFACE

This volume is a publication of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Mauldin, South Carolina, as adopted June 10, 1968, revised April 19, 1999, and kept current through June 2014.

This zoning ordinance establishes zoning regulations for the City of Mauldin, South Carolina, and provides for the administration, enforcement, and amendments thereof, and creates a board of zoning appeals in accordance with the provisions of the South Carolina Local Government Comprehensive Planning Enabling Act of 1994, S.C. Code Title 6, Chapter 29.

The 2014 publication was under the direct supervision of Katrina Hansen, Editor, of the Municipal Code Corporation, Tallahassee, Florida. Credit is gratefully given to the other members of the publisher's staff for their sincere interest and able assistance throughout the project.
