Design Standards
1197.01 DESIGN STANDARDS.
On June 27, 2016, City Council accepted the Mayfield Heights Commercial Corridor Design Manual, which is on file with the City's Building Department and Clerk of Council and is available on the City's website, and directed said Manual be incorporated into the City's Codified Ordinances. All requirements, standards, specifications and guidelines contained in said Manual are made a part of the City's Planning and Zoning Code as if the requirements, standards, specifications and guidelines were fully rewritten herein.
