§ 16.52.010 Permitted uses.
The following uses are permitted in the P district:
Landscaped off-street parking lots.

Development regulations in the P district are as follows:

Where abutting a residential district, the parking area shall be screened by a six foot high solid fence or wall, protected by a planter or bumper;
(2)
Plans shall be approved by city engineer prior to development.
