Subject to the granting of a conditional use permit, any substandard lot may be used as a building site, provided that all other regulations of the applicable zoning district shall apply. Substandard lots are defined below.
(a) Single-family residential zoning districts, except for the R-1-U (LM) District:
(1) For single-story development, substandard lots are those lots with less than five thousand (5,000) square feet of area.
(2) For development of two (2) or more stories, substandard lots are those lots which do not meet the minimum required lot width, depth and/or area of the zoning district in which the lot is located.
(b) For all other zoning districts, including the R-1-U (LM) district, substandard lots are those lots that do not meet the minimum required lot width, depth and/or area of the zoning district in which the lot is located.
