OFFICE/LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT

11-7-1: OFFICE/LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT PURPOSE STATEMENT:

The purpose of the O/I office/limited industrial district is to provide and preserve suitable locations for office, limited manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, assembly and related heavy commercial activities that are of the scale and type not to be injurious to any neighboring district or use.
