Unless the city council has adopted a permit fee for WCF permits, the applicant shall reimburse the city for actual, reasonable costs associated with processing a WCF application. These costs include the costs of professional engineers and other consultants hired by the city to review and inspect the applicant's proposal when the city is unable to do so with existing in-house staff. These professional services may include, but are not limited to, engineering, technical reviews, legal, planning, hearing examiner, environmental review, critical areas review, financial, accounting, soils, mechanical, and structural engineering. In the event that a project requires special staff analysis beyond that which is included in the base fee, the applicant shall reimburse the city at the hourly rate identified in the city's current fee ordinance in place at the time of application.
