§ 17.74.030 Application requirements.
Requests for revisions or modifications shall be in the form required in Chapter 17.70 MMC (Application Requirements) for the type of application for which was originally required in the original approval.
The application type determines the decision criteria for the revision. The notice requirement is also determined by the application type; provided, that all parties involved in the original application shall be notified. Otherwise the decision shall be as follows:
Decisions on minor revisions or modifications shall be considered administrative and shall be one process type lower than the original decision, but not higher than Process Type III; and
