Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners, Nassau County, Florida, this 28th day of July, 1997.

This Ordinance No. 97-19 shall take effect the 28th day of July, 1997, upon receipt of official acknowledgment by the office of the Secretary of State to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Nassau County, Florida, that same has been filed.
