ARTICLE XIX

Enforcement and Compliance

§ 300-117 Enforcing officer.

It shall be the duty of the Township Secretary/Manager or his designee and he is hereby given the power and authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter.

§ 300-118 Compliance required.

Enforcement of these provisions shall be in accordance with Sections 616.1 and 617.2 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.[1]
