TO HIGH-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL R-2 DISTRICT.

This district is designed to provide residential areas of higher density than is allowed in the R-1 District.
1.   Principal Permitted Uses. Unless provided elsewhere in this chapter, only the following structures and uses shall be permitted in the R-2 District.
   A.   Residential Type Uses
Condominium
Duplex
Multiple-Unit
Single-Unit
Townhouse
Two-Unit
   B.   Commercial Type Uses
Visitor Habitation - Bed and Breakfast Inn
   C.   Industrial Type Uses
None
   D.   Civic Type Uses
Administrative Services
Club or Lodge
Convalescent Services
Cultural Services
Day Care Services (Limited)
Local Utility Services
Park and Recreation Services
Primary Educational Facilities
Religious Assembly
Residential Care Services
Safety Services
Secondary Educational Facilities
2.   Special Exception Uses. The following uses and structures may be permitted in the R- 2 District subject to review and approval of the Board of Adjustment.

Group Residential

Medical Offices
   C.   Industrial Type Uses
None
   D.   Civic Type Uses
Day Care Services (General)
Major Utility Services

3.   Site Development Regulations. Each development in the R-2 District shall be subject to the following minimum regulations:

7,500 square feet, plus an additional 2,000 square feet for each dwelling unit in excess of one.

4.   Off-Street Parking. Off-street parking shall be required in accordance with the provisions of Section 165.26 of this chapter.
5.   Zoning Permits Required. Zoning permits shall be required in accordance with the provisions of Section 165.30 of this chapter.
