165.21 HIGHWAY

COMMERCIAL C-2 DISTRICT.

The intent of the C-2 District is to provide for areas adjacent to major traffic arteries where commercial uses catering to the motoring public are permitted.
1.   Principal Permitted Uses. Only the following principal uses and structures shall be permitted in the C-2 District.

2.   Special Exception Uses. The following uses and structures shall be permitted in the C-2 District subject to review and approval of the Board of Adjustment.

3.   Site Development Regulations. Each development in the C-2 District shall be subject to the following minimum regulations:

4.   Off-Street Parking. Off-street parking shall be required in accordance with the provisions of Section 165.26 of this chapter.
5.   Zoning Permits Required. Zoning permits shall be required in accordance with the provisions of Section 165.30 of this chapter.
