ARTICLE 9

- R-5 High Rise Apartment District

Sec. 9-4.901.- Permitted and conditional uses.

The permitted and conditional uses in the R-5 District shall be the same as in the R-3 District.

Sec. 9-4.902. - Development regulations.

Development regulations in the R-5 District shall be the same as in the R-3 District.
