A location permit shall be required for the location of a mobile home and location of fences, signs and continuous planted shrubbery or hedges and prebuilt structures larger than six feet by six feet. A location permit shall be issued upon payment of a fee to the City in accordance with the fee schedule outlined in Section 165.33.
