Should any section, subsection, clause or provision of this Appendix be declared by the courts to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this Appendix as a whole or any part thereof, other than that which is so declared to be invalid. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Appendix are hereby repealed. (Ord. 070-2020, 12-21-2020)
