R-2 ONE-FAMILY

RESIDENCE

§ 154.190 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES.

   The following are permitted uses in the R-2 District:
   (A)   Any permitted use in an R-1 District; and
   (B)   Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent by the Zoning Board of Appeals.

§ 154.191 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES.

   The following are permitted accessory uses in the R-2 District:
   (A)   Any permitted accessory use in an R-1 District; and
   (B)   Other uses incidental to a permitted use.

§ 154.192 WHEN AUTHORIZED BY SPECIAL USE.

   The following are special uses in the R-2 District when authorized:
   (A)   Any use authorized by Zoning Board of Appeals in an R-1 District;
   (B)   Dwelling groups; and
   (C)   Any other similar uses deemed consistent.

§ 154.193 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.

   No principle structure shall exceed two and one-half stories or 35 feet in height. No accessory structure shall exceed one story 15 feet in height, except as provided in § 154.071.

§ 154.194 LOT AREA AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements shall be observed and shall be served by central or municipal sewerage systems.
