R-3 ONE

AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT

§ 154.205 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES.

   The following are permitted uses in the R-3 District:
   (A)   All permitted uses in an R-2 District;
   (B)   Two-family dwellings; and
   (C)   Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent.

§ 154.206 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES.

   The following are permitted accessory uses in the R-3 District: Any permitted accessory use in an R-2 District.

§ 154.207 WHEN AUTHORIZED BY SPECIAL USE.

   The following are special uses in the R-3 District when authorized:
   (A)   Bed and breakfast inns;
   (B)   Boarding and lodging houses; and
   (C)   Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent.

§ 154.208 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.

   No principle structure shall exceed two and one-half stories or 35 feet in height and no accessory structure shall exceed one story, 15 feet in height, except as provided in § 154.071.

§ 154.209 LOT AREA AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements shall be observed and shall be served by central or municipal sewerage systems.
